Common questions

Does Starque post reviews to Google for my customers?

No. Starque suggests a review, the customer edits it if they want and posts it from their own Google account. Nothing is ever posted automatically.

What happens after I register?

Verify your email and our team reviews your application. Once approved, your 7-day free trial starts with every feature unlocked for 1 location, 1 category and up to 50 reviews.

How do I pay, and is GST included?

Prices exclude GST. Pay once per plan period by UPI from the Subscription page, with 18% GST added if you need a tax invoice. Your plan starts as soon as the payment is verified.

What happens when my trial or plan ends?

Your workspace becomes read-only until you renew. Reviews, categories, QR codes and history are all kept, and renewing restores full access instantly.

Do I need to reprint my QR code when I change reviews?

No. Add, edit or re-categorise reviews whenever you like. The QR code you already printed keeps working.
